This year we rang in the new year with a quiet evening at home. It was awesome! We got some delicious take out from the local sushi place and stocked up on Jeremy's new favorite beer - Orion. After putting Brody to bed we stuffed ourselves silly, drank 'til our hearts were content and talked for hours about anything and everything.
2010 was a really good year for us. We welcomed the love of our lives into the world, Brody Wade. Jeremy went back on active duty (voluntarily), and decided to go after his dream of becoming a doctor. I ran my first 10k and rediscovered my love of journaling. Our lives are busy and sometimes chaotic - we always seem to be running from one place to another, planning another event, looking forward to the next thing. But, in 2011 my new years resolution is to do my best to be in the moment, live in the now, enjoy where we are, and have fun doing it. I'm so very grateful for how we have been blessed and I look forward to a very exciting year ahead.
